Let's make changes that last forever. Whether you are just starting in the gym, an advanced athlete or somewhere in the middle, Showtyme programs can transform your mind and body. They are built through trial and error based on real-life feedback. What an established athlete does in order to transform mentally and physically. Don't be afraid; these programs can be applied to any skill level. It's laid out in a simple, relatable format. With the support that is offered, you will be guided towards becoming the best version of yourself one step at a time.
These programs are formulated in real-time, one day at a time, and easily adaptable to all lifestyles and experience levels.
Each program consists of a varying amount of phases, and each phase is ten days. In each phase, you will gain new perspectives while you slowly implement subtle changes to your training, nutrition and lifestyle.
Better in life
Your life is about to change forever. If you complete a program, you will be better forever. If you complete 75%, you will be better forever. Throughout this journey, you will become a better human for the people in your life and, most importantly, yourself. By slowly implementing things that make you better, you will form habits you can rely on. This is far from a fitness plan. Everyone has a life with complications and obstacles; we strive for better fitness and mental health. Life requires balance and flexibility. We want to learn how to navigate life so that we become better.
Better in Fitness
Nothing is set in stone. We learn how to be flexible and understand different training programs/objectives. With over 100 workouts, you have options. There's a day-to-day breakdown of what I did along my journey. My workouts are generally around 45 minutes, and I monitor my avg hrt/workout. You will see various training styles; I have laid them out in detail. They will be there for you to follow along. However, you are free to pick and choose to build your own. Our main objective is to transform our minds and bodies while becoming confident and pushing our limits by doing physical activity and going in and out of the gym.
